The

Onboarding

Step 1

Together with the operational manager at the location we set out 9 short digital meetings in 3 weeks in which we execute on the onboarding. The meetings cover topics such as getting set up with our suppliers, the trainings of staff and how start and stay successful.

Step 2

Executing on the Planning Document. Bright Kitchen onboards the partner with the suppliers, the delivery platforms and makes sure the Partner has all the tools needed in the kitchen to operate the brand succesfully and all staff has finished the online training course.

Step 3

Going live. Bright Kitchen's onboarding team goes to the partner location on the live date to make sure all the hardware and software is setup and installed. The final trainings are done in person and we make sure every detail is taking care of. Also there is a direct support line via our Franchise Intranet and Restaurant Succes Manager.

A couple of

words from

our partner.

What was your motivation to start working with Bright Kitchen?

To create additional revenue with the kitchen we already have and the timing.

What concerns did you have toward the model in the beginning?

The main worry was whether it would run well enough and whether it would become too chaotic in combination with our own kitchen menu. Now after being live for 8 weeks, those concerns have all fallen away, the concepts work well side by side but also sometimes complement eachother with staffing and purchasing.

How did you experience the onboarding process and live day?

The onboarding was good and clear. The planning as led by BK's team from start to live day was extensive and well kept up with every meeting. This made it clear what everyone was doing and therefore the preparation was good. If I had any questions, I could always contact Harry. On the Live day we did more orders than expected and all the staff really like the concept and the products. All the orders are really easy to make.
